Nurturing Next Generation of Saudi Hospitality Leaders

Boutique Group, a Saudi hospitality company dedicated to transforming historic and culturally significant palaces into boutique hotels, is proud to announce the launch of its annual Diploma Program.

Launching in September 2025, this comprehensive nine-month program offers two specialized tracks: Culinary and Pastry Arts and International Hospitality Management. The theoretical foundations of each track will be delivered by two of Europe’s most esteemed institutions: the renowned École Ducasse Paris Campus (France) for Culinary and Pastry Arts, and the globally recognized Les Roches Crans-Montana (Switzerland) for International Hospitality Management. This academic experience will be followed by invaluable practical training placements at leading hotels across Europe, providing participants with crucial real-world exposure.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into professional roles at The Red Palace in Riyadh, one of Boutique Group’s flagship properties slated to open in 2026. This unique opportunity offers a direct pathway to contributing to a landmark project within Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning luxury hospitality sector.

Developed in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), this Diploma Program underscores Boutique Group’s commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. By investing in national talent, the program aims to elevate service standards, enrich cultural representation, and strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a premier global tourism destination.

To ensure a highly personalized and impactful learning experience, participation in the inaugural year is limited to just 50 exceptional students. Future intakes will be evaluated for potential expansion based on program success and demand.

Dania Al-Obaid, People and Culture Executive Director at Boutique Group, emphasized the strategic importance of the program, stating: "The Diploma Program reflects Boutique Group’s commitment to nurturing local talent capable of delivering a distinctly Saudi hospitality experience to the highest international standards. Through our portfolio of cultural and historic palaces, we are redefining luxury hospitality with authenticity and depth. We take great pride in empowering Saudi youth to serve as the proud ambassadors of our rich heritage and culture."
